Introduction and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the website, mobile application and all services provided by vbet12 ("Platform", "we", "vbet12"). Users who register or access the Platform are referred to as "User", "you" or "Member" in this document.

"Account" refers to a user's registered account on the vbet12 Platform. "Balance" refers to the total funds available in a user's account at any given time. Registration Eligibility and Age Limit

Account registration at vbet12 is open to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction from participating in online betting activities.
• Registering in your own name only — registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Not currently under an active self-exclusion process from any gambling platform that cooperates with vbet12.
• Providing true, accurate and complete information during the registration process.

vbet12 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time for verification purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated period may result in the account being suspended or closed. Documents that may be required include a copy of your identity card (MyKad), bank statement or proof of address.

One Account Per User Policy

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) active account on the vbet12 Platform at any one time. Owning multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and is considered a serious breach of these terms.

vbet12 uses various technical methods to detect duplicate accounts, including IP address detection, device information, payment details and device biometric data. If multiple accounts linked to one individual are detected:

• All related accounts will be closed immediately.
• All bonuses and winnings obtained through the use of multiple accounts will be cancelled.
• The actual fund balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned at the discretion of vbet12 after the investigation is complete.
• The individual concerned may be prevented from opening a new account on the Platform in the future.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The vbet12 Platform accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) or an agreed equivalent value.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same account or e-wallet used to make the deposit. vbet12 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving large or unusual withdrawal requests for security and legal compliance purposes.

All funds in a user's account belong to the user and are not used for vbet12's business operations. vbet12 does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals, however third-party payment providers may impose their own charges which are outside the control of vbet12.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

vbet12 offers a 150% welcome bonus of up to RM888 on a new member's first deposit. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.

How the wagering requirement is calculated:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Total wagering required: RM150 × 20 = RM3,000.
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM888 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM2,088 → Total wagering required: RM888 × 20 = RM17,760.

Additional conditions relating to bonuses are as follows:

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once by each new user.
• Bonuses must be used within the stipulated period — expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• vbet12 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Abuse in claiming bonuses, including the use of multiple accounts or false information, will result in all related bonuses and winnings being cancelled.
• Other promotions such as cashback, birthday bonuses, referral programmes and special VIP offers are subject to their respective terms which will be displayed at the time the offer is made.

VIP Programme and Weekly Cashback

vbet12 provides a four-tier VIP programme that rewards loyal members of the platform. Each tier offers different benefits based on a member's betting activity:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
• Silver — Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

Progression to higher VIP tiers depends on consistent betting activity and membership duration. vbet12 reserves the right to periodically review members' VIP status. VIP benefits are in addition to existing promotional offers and may not be combined with certain bonuses unless stated otherwise.

Prohibited Conduct and Misuse

The vbet12 platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without notice and return of the balance prior to any winnings:

• Use of automation software, bots or scripts to place bets automatically.
• Coordinated betting strategies with other users ("collusion") to guarantee shared winnings or exploit bonuses.
• Exploitation of technical errors, system disruptions or mistakes in betting odds.
• Identity fraud or use of another person's personal information to register or conduct transactions.
• Use of the platform for money laundering or other unlawful financial activities.
• Any attempt to hack, breach or interfere with the functions of the vbet12 system.

vbet12 reserves the right to submit relevant information to the appropriate authorities where there is evidence of criminal activity or fraud. vbet12's decision in such matters is final.

Betting Disputes and Game Results

All betting and game results on the vbet12 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Users who wish to file a dispute regarding any result must do so within 48 hours of the date the result was recorded.

The dispute process is as follows:

• Provide the bet number, date and time, and details of the disputed bet.

Account Closure and Suspension
